What does my order status mean?
ON HOLD – Your order is received, awaiting payment confirmation. Please allow up to 2 hours for e-Transfers to be processed. If the status remains on hold and the e-Transfer is still unclaimed, please contact us.
PROCESSING – Order is paid and is now being prepared for delivery. All orders with payments received before 3:15PM Pacific Time are processed and shipped on the same day.
COMPLETED – We are shipping your order! Tracking information will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
If you want to make any changes or if you believe there’s an error, please let us know.
What’s next? When your order is completed, you will receive an email notifying you that your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to become available in the system.
